(“D2A“) is aware of the importance of data protection, and informs users (“Data Subjects“) that the website www.d2asolution.com (“Website”) uses cookies to facilitate browsing of the website, and that the personal data obtained through these tools will be processed in compliance with the data protection law.
Pursuant to article 13 of Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679 (the “Regulation“), D2A provides the following information on how your data are managed and processed:

Type of data collected through cookies (“Data”), purpose, legal basis of processing and retention period

  • Third-party profiling cookies. Click opt-out in order to block the installation of the cookies and disable them.
Profiling cookies are used to create a profile of the Data Subject in order to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the Data Subject when browsing the web. This type of processing does not imply any discrimination of, or adverse effects for, the data subject. This kind of profiling activity also allows D2A to assess its services, in order to improve its services and make them more efficient and accessible to third parties.
